Ingredients
- Strawberries – 1 cup, hulled and sliced
- Blueberries – ¾ cup
- Mango – 1 medium, cubed
- Kiwi – 2, peeled and sliced

- Lime – 1 tbsp juice + zest for garnish
- Fresh mint – 6 leaves, chiffonaded
Instructions
- Prep the Fruits
Wash and dry all fruits. Hull and slice strawberries, cube mango, slice kiwi, and rinse blueberries. - Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk honey, lime juice, and half the mint. Warm briefly if honey is too thick. - Combine & Marinate
Gently toss mango and kiwi with half the dressing. Add berries and fold in remaining dressing. Let sit 5–10 minutes. - Layer & Garnish
In clear cups, layer fruits for visual contrast. Top with reserved mint, lime zest, and a drizzle of extra dressing.
